• Time savings. G2 reviewers cite productivity gains. In a vendor-published testimonial, Equity Residential states that EliseAI automates 90% of its prospect workflows.

• Fast development. EliseAI launched Apollo, an agentic assistant, in September 2026.

Where reviewers report problems

EliseAI has few public reviews: 16 on G2 and 1 on Capterra. G2 reviewers raise three issues:

• Complex conversations. Some reviewers say the AI has difficulty with complex conversations, which leads to awkward handoffs to staff.

• Cost. Some reviewers mention high cost.

• Scheduling. One reviewer reports problems with appointment scheduling.

With so few reviews, ask for references from operators that run your PMS and a portfolio of similar size.

What EliseAI really costs

EliseAI does not publish prices, tiers, or minimums. The larger cost question is structural. EliseAI runs alongside a separate property management system, so you pay for two products and maintain the connection between them. • Apollo. An agentic assistant launched in September 2026. It can perform any task in the EliseAI platform by text or voice and inherits each user's permissions.

How EliseAI compares with Darcy

EliseAI's public integrations page lists Rent Manager and ResMan, plus tools such as Funnel, Bluemoon, ButterflyMX, and Zillow Rentals. Its help center lists Yardi Voyager, Entrata, AppFolio Plus, and RealPage OneSite, with product support that differs by PMS. The help center states that MRI is not supported.
