Azibo shut down: where Azibo landlords should go
Quick answer
Azibo's property management platform has shut down. TurboTenant announced that it acquired Azibo on May 6, 2025, moved eligible Azibo accounts to TurboTenant, and says Azibo logins no longer work. Applications, screening reports, maintenance requests, messages, and documents did not migrate and cannot be retrieved from Azibo. Former Azibo landlords should check what moved to TurboTenant and rebuild the records that did not.
What happened
On May 6, 2025, TurboTenant announced that it acquired Azibo, a platform that gave rental owners free rent collection, business banking, and accounting. Azibo's site described it as built for landlords with up to 250 units.
TurboTenant's help center now states that Azibo's property management platform has shut down. Eligible accounts moved to TurboTenant. Some migrated landlords received six months of TurboTenant Premium, including accounting, at no cost. That offer ended on October 17, 2025. Accounts that did not subscribe moved to TurboTenant's Free plan.
Data | Moved to TurboTenant? |

Tenant payment methods and AutoPay settings | Yes, for migrated accounts |
Bank account and payout details | Yes, for migrated accounts |
Applications and screening reports | No |

TurboTenant says Azibo no longer provides access to the data that did not move. TurboTenant Support may help you find specific items.
What it means for Azibo landlords
For Azibo users, the shutdown has already happened. There is no renewal date to plan around. The task now is to close the gaps it left.
Logins. Azibo passwords no longer work. If your account migrated, sign in to TurboTenant with the same email address and reset the password. If it did not migrate, you must create a new TurboTenant account. Your Azibo login and history do not carry over.
Data access. The missing items matter. Screening reports and signed documents support move-out deposit decisions and disputes. Maintenance records support habitability questions. Messages show what you told a tenant and when.
Pricing. Azibo charged landlords no platform fee. TurboTenant's Free plan is also $0, with one connected bank account. Accounting is on TurboTenant's Pro plan, which starts at $199 per year for 1 to 10 units as of October 2026. If you used Azibo's free accounting, plan for that cost or another tool.
Banking. Azibo offered separate business banking. TurboTenant says bank account and payout details moved for migrated accounts. Confirm that rent payouts reach the account you expect.
Product direction and support. You are now a TurboTenant customer. Some Capterra reviewers say TurboTenant payouts take several days and that live support is hard to reach. Others like that applicants pay the screening fee directly.
What to do now
Sign in to TurboTenant with your Azibo email address. This shows whether your account migrated.
If it migrated, check every property, tenant, lease, rent charge, AutoPay setting, and bank account.
If it did not migrate, create a TurboTenant account or choose another tool from the table below.
Rebuild your rent roll: list each unit, tenant, monthly rent, lease end date, and security deposit held.
Compare the rebuilt rent roll with your bank deposits since 2025. Fix any balance that does not match.
Recover documents from other sources: signed leases in your email, e-signature receipts, tenant copies, and inspection photos on your phone.
Rebuild 2025 income and expenses from bank statements for your tax return.
Ask TurboTenant Support in writing for any specific item you still need. Ask which plan your account is on.
Where to go next
If your account migrated, staying on TurboTenant is the path with the least work, because your properties and payment history are already there. If you want to compare, these options fit Azibo's former users as of October 2026.

Baselane is the closest match to what Azibo offered. It combines banking, rent collection, and bookkeeping, and its Core plan has no monthly fee. Banking services are provided by Thread Bank, Member FDIC, according to Baselane. Stessa suits owners who mainly used Azibo for accounting and tax reports. It includes full data export on all plans, which matters after a shutdown.
Darcy is not the right fit for most former Azibo users. It is a full property management system at $2 per unit per month, built for property managers who run leasing, maintenance, and owner accounting. A free landlord tool costs less for a small portfolio. If you manage for other owners and need trust accounting and owner statements, see the Darcy review or book a demo.
